MP Vadym Kolesnichenko announced that starting from 20th of February he is no longer works in the Verkhovna Rada and intends to raise goats as it was reported by "Ukrainian Pravda" with reference to 5 channel and Interfax-Ukraine.

"From 20th of February I no longer work in the Parliament that took part state coup", – announced Kolesnichenko. At the same time Party of the Regions deputy promised not to accept deputy salary. "For the time when the deputy does not sign for it, the salary is not transferred", – he explained.

Mr. Kolesnichenko noted that now "he is happy that he is no longer have to live in the same country with the social fascists".

Answering for the question what he's intended to do, former MP said: "What I plan to do? Country house, vegetable garden, breeding goats, subsistence agriculture… ".

As it is well known, Mr. Kolesnichenko was elected to the Verkhovna Rada from the Crimea for the District No.225 (Sevastopol) and is famous for its pro-Russian policy. One of the most controversial laws written by Mr. Kolesnichenko is the so-called law on languages. Besides, it is particularly Mr. Kolesnichenko who submitted draft law prohibiting "propaganda of homosexuality" for consideration in Rada. Its official title – "On the Prohibition of Propaganda of Homosexuality Aimed at Children" (was originally registered in the Parliament under No.1155). For this initiative the Coalition to Combat Discrimination in Ukraine gave Mr. Kolesnichenko anti-Award "The Discriminator the year – 2013" in nomination "Discrimination in Law" (more details here >>>).

"This draft law aimed at ensuring protection of children from propaganda of the same-sex sexual relations as a factor which negatively affects their physical, psychological, spiritual and moral development of the child, – explained Mr. Kolesnichenko  in his blog. – Ukrainian nation, which has been formed for thousands of years, preserves its own culture, traditions, mentality. Over time, broader access to information from abroad, as well as activities of some foreign institutions promoting non-conventional ideology on the territory of our country, led to the propaganda of some negative phenomena that destroy our nation morally and spiritually. Currently one of these negative developments of liberalization processes in Ukraine is popularization of the same-sex sexual relations; its open propaganda in all areas of public life".

On the 18th of March 2014 Russia officially annexed Crimea: Moscow signed a treaty on the adoption of the Russian Federation Republic of Crimea. The document was signed by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the self-proclaimed Prime Minister of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, as well as illegitimate speaker of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov and the self-proclaimed mayor of Sevastopol Alexey Chaly. Ukraine and most countries do not support the exit of Crimea and Sevastopol from the state and its annexation by Russia. The annexation is considered to be a kind of aggression, which implies the international legal responsibility. UK Foreign Secretary William Hague has already announced the termination of military cooperation with Russia. US Vice-President Joe Biden announced about the introduction of additional sanctions against Russia. He also confirmed plans of the U.S. to deploy elements of the European missile defense system in Poland. "If to speak about missile defense, our plans announced a few years ago, are still relevant. We intend to implement them. There will be missile defense elements in Poland", – was quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS.
